GITEX EUROPE 2025, Berlin

We were proud to represent Altie Reality at GITEX EUROPE 2025, held in Berlin from May 21 to 23, where our Founder and CEO, Gaurav Purbia, joined high-level discussions on expanding XR in education across Europe, with a focus on Austria, Germany, and Malta. A special thanks to Maria Zammit Micallef from Malta Enterprise for her valuable insights on innovation and collaboration in the Maltese ecosystem. We also explored strategic synergies with Supercharge.vc, supporting our vision to scale LearnXR globally and make immersive education accessible worldwide.

GIN Go Austria 2025, ViennaUP

Altie Reality is proud to be selected for the prestigious GIN Go Austria Spring 2025 program. We showcased LearnXR, our XR + AI-powered immersive learning platform, at ViennaUP — Europe's largest startup festival — from May 8 to 16, 2025, in Vienna, Austria. With the support of Global Incubator Network Austria (GIN) and our ecosystem partners, we connected with global innovators, investors and changemakers.

LearnXR Beta live on the Meta Quest Store

LearnXR Beta is officially live on the Meta Quest Store — a significant milestone in our mission to advance education using Extended Reality and Artificial Intelligence. LearnXR delivers interactive, self-paced, and curriculum-aligned learning experiences. From STEM subjects to history and beyond, students can explore complex concepts in a hands-on way, wherever they are. Available on Meta Quest 2 & 3, Android devices, and Cardboard VR, LearnXR is built to make immersive education accessible, inclusive, and impactful across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.

IGDC 2024, Hyderabad

Altie Reality participated in the 16th annual India Game Developer Conference (IGDC), held from November 13 to 15, 2024, at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre. This event, recognised as South Asia's largest and oldest game developer conference, attracted over 5,000 attendees and featured more than 250 speakers across 150+ sessions. The conference served as a hub for industry experts, developers and innovators to discuss the latest trends, challenges and advancements in game development.

AVGC-XR Stakeholder Interaction

At Technohub Jaipur, our team had the honour of interacting with important AVGC-XR stakeholders. The discussion of the newest technological developments and creative concepts made for an insightful session. We would especially like to thank Matthew Sawaqed from CEA and Nitin Tandon from Google India for their advice and assistance. Gatherings like these are essential for encouraging cooperation, education and creativity.

We were pleased to welcome a group of students from BITS Pilani Practice School as interns, as part of the Altie Reality Summer Internship Program 2024. Over the course of the internship they worked on LearnXR — XR and AI-assisted learning — bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to our team.

TIPS 4.0 at IIT Bombay

Altie Reality participated in the TIPS 4.0 event, held at the VMCC, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. We presented LearnXR, our XR learning platform, in collaboration with iHub-Drishti, IIT Jodhpur. We shared the platform alongside fellow startups Cellverse Pvt. Ltd. and Unicorniz Innovation, who are also making strides in the AR/VR and computer vision space. The occasion offered an excellent venue for showcasing XR's potential in education.

XRtouch — hardware to interact with XR content

XRtouch is a hardware tool designed to bring immersive technology into educational settings. With XRtouch, educators can integrate augmented and virtual reality into their classrooms, offering students interactive learning opportunities. The device, compatible with various VR platforms, turns traditional lessons into 3D experiences — built for K-12 schools, higher education institutions and training programmes.

NIDHI PRAYAS grant, SPTBI Mumbai

We are grateful to SPTBI Mumbai for their grant under NIDHI PRAYAS, an initiative by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, which has been instrumental in the development of the XRtouch hardware prototype. This tool is designed to change the way users interact with virtual and augmented realities, offering a high level of immersion and intuitive control.

India Mobile Congress 2023

We showcased LearnXR, our AR/VR-based education solution, at India Mobile Congress 2023 at Pragati Maidan from October 27 to 29. Altie Reality demonstrated the LearnXR app as part of Asia's largest tech startup programme.

G20-DIA Summit 2023

Altie Reality was honoured to be at the G20-DIA Summit, where we unveiled LearnXR, our XR-assisted learning solution. With the support of Meta Inc., FITT — Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer, IIT Delhi, and MeitY Startup Hub, we showcased the platform to a room of investors.

Meta Developer Day 2023

We were grateful for the opportunity to take part in Meta Developer Day 2023 at ITC Gardenia, Bangalore. We were impressed by Meta's Movement SDK and Presence Platform, and by their commitment to innovation in the XR industry. We look forward to exploring the possibilities of integrating our AR technology with Meta's Movement SDK and Presence Platform.

Seed Support Program, iStart Rajasthan

In September 2023, Altie Reality secured a fund of funds through the Seed Support Program by iStart Rajasthan. The funding is allocated to the development of a Meta Quest app under LearnXR, designed to bring complex subjects to life through a dynamic and interactive learning environment.

ITU Area Office inauguration, New Delhi

Demonstration to the Minister of State for Technology, Sri Lanka

Altie Reality had the privilege of showcasing LearnXR to the Minister of State for Technology in Sri Lanka, Mr. Kanaka Herath, at C-DOT, Centre for Development of Telematics, New Delhi. During the demonstration, Mr. Herath experienced LearnXR's immersive and interactive features first-hand.

Selected: Meta XR Startup Program

In January 2023, Altie Reality joined the XR Startup Program, an initiative by MeitY and Meta Inc. aimed at advancing the Extended Reality sector. The program consists of two main parts: an Accelerator and a Grand Challenge, focusing on sectors such as education and healthcare. As part of this group, Altie Reality gained access to resources including financial support and developmental aid for early-stage projects. The program places clear emphasis on diversity and inclusion, with significant representation of startups from non-metro areas and women-led ventures.
